Hey! My name is Brittney, and I am an Art student. I want to be an elementary school art teacher. I enjoy drawing celebrity portraits in graphite and am interested in learning more about painting and digital drawing. I have drawn portraits as gifts for people who seemed to really love them, and I am hoping to get to selling my work someday. However, I consider myself a beginner in my work, but as they say: Practice makes perfect! =)

Thank you Ashley! I miss you so much and your work is awesome too! Especially the glasses. yeah.. I went for nursing at first but it was miserable. Drawing and art are what truly make me happy so I'm making it my mission to be the best at it that I can be! I'm glad you're following your heart! There isn't much worse than feeling held down by a choice that you think is "right." If nursing wasn't for you then stay far away from it haha. I was an art major then I switched to history. Now I'm thinking about business or finance. I don't really want to teach, and well with history that's about all you can do with it. Tell me when you head over to mtsu. We can get lunch or something! You'll love it there. It has a pretty great art department. Not to mention there is always a gallery open full of student work. Maybe one day I'll see something of yours in there!
